How to book and pay

4 steps to book and pay with Vietnam Tour Booking (VTB)

Step 1: Select your preferred tour or services

- VTB offers a wide range of tours and travel related services. Simply browse to the specific product you wish to book with us.
- Each of our products is clearly stated with details of prices and inclusion for its quotation.
- If you are willing to book, just click on the “Book now” button then follow the instruction.

Step 2: Provide us details of your booking

- Each product requires specific information to complete the form of booking. Please read them carefully and choose exactly the services as well as the quantity you want to take. Please note that all the missing fields are required and they will help our system record and make the payment correctly.

- After fill in all necessary information, please click on “Add to cart” button. Then our system will create a shopping cart for you automatically on the right side bar named “Your journey detail”

- If you want to book more than 1 booking, simply browse to other product you with to book and add to cart again. The number of your booking will display in your journey detail with your preferred products and the total price for your bookings.

- Also, if you want to change your booking such as adding more product or remove one, just click on the link “Edit your cart” to review your booking and revise them if you want. You can clear the booking, edit provided information then click on “Update” button to update your booking. Or you can also “Continue shopping” to add more product to your cart. If you have a gift certificate from us, kindly leave the code of the certificate in the blank and apply it, our system will record and offer you a special discount.

Step 3: Check out your booking

- After all have been done, you simply click the "Check out" button to continue your payment.
- You should fill in your information in Contact information and Address box
- We offer 2 kinds of payment method: Check out with your Paypal account and Check out with Bank Transfer

• Check out via Paypal: review your order carefully and click Place order button, our system will automatically redirect you to Paypal checkout page. If you don't have a Paypal account but Credit card, use the menu Don't have a Paypal account and fill in your information in Credit card correctly. Follow the instruction to complete your payment.
• Check out via Bank Transfer: review your order carefully and click Place order button. Follow the instruction to complete your payment.

- Please note that a surcharge at 3.5% of total amount + 0.5$/transaction will be paid by clients for Paypal and included in total cost of your booking. For Bank Transfer, the booking fee is 2% of total amount + $0.5/transaction.

Step 4: Confirmation

- After all steps are finished, our system will notify client that the booking has already made successfully.
- Within 24 working hours later, our staff will contact you to reconfirm your booking with all details provided. Double check and make sure that your declaration is true and accurate.
- Finally, a travel voucher will be issued as a proof that you have book services with Vietnam Tour Booking. We will process your booking as soon as possible to make it through for you.

- Your booking can be revise before departure date. All the amendment should be made  in written form and be informed as soon as possible and the extra cost for the change will be paid by clients.
